Dated Fafed Worn Vintage Meet is a nationwide traveling event that brings together vintage enthusiasts of all ages to buy, sell, and trade timeless apparel from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Hosting multiple events throughout the year, they offer both large-scale gatherings in various cities and smaller, curated experiences tailored to specific themes. Each event is a vibrant celebration, featuring a mix of vintage vendors, collectors, special guests, food vendors, and live music, all coming together to create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
Comprehensive Brand and Web Development for Dated Fafed Worn
Dated Fafed Worn Vintage Meet, an evolution from DFW Vintage Swap Meet, sought our expertise to craft a distinct brand identity for their new venture. The goal was to establish a unique visual identity while maintaining some of the original elements, like the color palette and typography, to retain familiarity with loyal patrons and vendors. They also aimed to enhance their online presence with a new website that would serve as a hub for event information, vendor sign-ups, and ticket sales.
We began by designing a fresh new logo that respected the original’s essence but provided a distinctive look for the new brand. After finalizing the logo through collaborative efforts with the founder, we focused on developing a website that captured the nostalgic spirit of the brand. The site was designed to prominently showcase upcoming events, provide a seamless user experience for ticket purchases and vendor reservations, and be adaptable for future growth as the Dated Faded Worn Vintage Meet expanded to new cities with more events.
Following the website launch, we turned our attention to creating a comprehensive marketing campaign for the first event under the new branding. We developed a range of promotional materials, including vibrant event posters, engaging social media graphics, and promotional videos. Each piece was designed to appeal to both returning patrons and new vintage enthusiasts. Additionally, we created event signage, tickets, and vendor materials to enhance the event experience. Over the next few years, our ongoing support included continued creative direction, campaign development, and website management, ensuring each event maintained a fresh yet cohesive visual identity while adapting to the brand’s growth.
